Editing, Manuscript, and Mentoring Services by Mo Medusa

I now offer editing services, manuscript evaluations, and writing mentorship programs at a competitive price.

I have over 20 years of experience writing, two indie novels out currently, and several stories and poems published in various publications.

I have a BA in Creative Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago, and am working on my MFA in Prose & Poetry (Fiction) at Northwestern University.

I have mentored clients in writing, have edited several stories and novels, and teach monthly writing workshops both in person and virtually. Once receiving my MFA, I will have the ability to teach creative writing at universities, colleges, high schools, and art centers.

Editing Services

Developmental, Proofreading, and Copyediting services at a competitive price!

Writers will get 2 rounds of reading and edits including track changes and comment bubbles. An editorial letter will be provided at the end, detailing all the editor’s notes and comments.

Note: I will not edit manuscripts over 100,000 words.

Manuscript Evaluations

$0.005 per word

(Anything under 10,000 words will start at a base price of $50

How it works: Just like with editing, I will read your manuscript and give feedback in a timely manner. However, I will only read it once, and will give my initial thoughts in a summary at the end. It will not include any track changes or comment bubbles.

Note: I will not evaluate manuscripts over 100,000 words.

Less involved than full-on editing services, but a great way to get eyes on your writing.
